“The earlier the better.”
Are you feeling like you have too many things on your mind? Do you feel like you are not able to focus? Do you feel like something is not quite alright? Do you feel anxious, nervous, or scared? OR do you feel like you just need to talk to somebody?
If you said yes to any of the above, it may be a good time and a good idea to reach out to a counselor. The earlier you talk to a counselor, the less chance there is for these symptoms to lead to a mental illness. Many people have the wrong idea that a counselor is for people with mental illness but what I will say is, counselors are the most effective before symptoms become an illness. As the old saying goes ‘prevention is the best medicine’, it’s highly possible to prevent developing a mental illness if you reach out to a counselor early enough.
Couples Counseling

Are you feeling some tension in your relationship? Do you feel like you and your partner are not moving forward in a deep and intimate relationship? Do you feel like you are not being understood by your partner? Are you struggling to communicate effectively (or clearly) to your partner ?
