Hi,

My name is Jithin George. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

How can I help you?

We are continuously processing our experiences through the filter that we gained from our past experiences. We all had some difficult experiences in our past and when those past experiences were not processed properly (in a healthy manner), they now become part of our filter which further affects our thoughts, and behaviors (even subconscious/unconscious behavior). I can help you recognize those unprocessed or ill-processed experiences from the past and help you re-process them appropriately.

Often we create barriers on our own, unknowingly, unconsciously, or subconsciously, which prevent us from moving forward toward the full potential we want to move to. Sometimes these barriers create a snowball effect over a long period of time which can eventually lead to bigger problems such as mental illness. This is also where I can help – to help you recognize these barriers and also assist you to come up with a plan to overcome these barriers. This is a journey that is unique – different for each person with a unique pace, length, and outcome.

Catholic Christian Approach in Counseling!

I approach counseling from a Catholic Christian anthropology using the Church’s teaching of a human person as an integrated unity of body, mind, and spirit.
